Cancellation policy

At Kajoni Power, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. We aim to make the cancellation process as straightforward as possible with our order cancellation policy.

Please Note – We Reserve The Right To Cancel Order If It is Unable To Fulfilment or Any Other Reason

1. Eligibility for Order Cancellation:

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed for shipment.
Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return or replacement as per our Return and Replacement Policy.

2. Timeframe for Order Cancellation:

You may request an order cancellation within 4-5 hours of placing your order.
After 5 hours, we may not be able to accommodate the cancellation request if the order has already been processed.

3. How to Cancel an Order:

Please provide your order number and reason for cancellation when contacting us.

4. Confirmation of Order Cancellation:

Once your cancellation request is received, we will verify the status of your order.
If the order has not been processed, we will cancel it and provide confirmation of the cancellation via email.

5. Refund for Cancelled Orders:

If your order is cancelled before processing, any payment already made will be refunded to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds for cancelled orders may take 4-5 business days to process, depending on your financial institution.

6. Orders Ineligible for Cancellation:

Customized or personalized items that have already entered production cannot be cancelled.
Pre-order items may have specific cancellation terms outlined at the time of purchase. Please refer to the product description for details.
