  • To initiate a return or replacement, please contact our customer service team at info@kajonipower.com or 8178415353 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us, along with the RMA number clearly marked on the package.
  • Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your return or replacement.

  • If your return is approved, you may choose to receive a refund or a replacement item.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Replacements will be shipped out promptly, subject to product availability.
