Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation by the Customer

• Before Shipment: You can cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. To cancel, please contact our support team immediately via email or WhatsApp with your Order ID. A full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• After Shipment: Once an order has been handed over to the courier partner and a tracking ID is generated, it cannot be cancelled. If you refuse delivery, the two-way shipping fee will be deducted from your eventual refund.

We reserve the right to cancel any order under circumstances including, but not limited to:

• The product being unexpectedly out of stock or failing our final quality check.

• Inaccuracies or errors in product pricing or description listed on the website.

• Suspicion of fraudulent transactions or incorrect/incomplete delivery addresses provided by the buyer.

In all such cases, a 100% refund will be issued to the customer automatically.
