Replacement & Return Policy

Important Industry Note: Mobile spare parts are highly technical items. Please test the part thoroughly before permanent installation.

1. Verification Requirement (Mandatory)

To protect against transit damage and missing items, customers must record an unedited, continuous unboxing video from the moment the courier package is sealed until the item is completely unpacked. Without a valid unboxing video, claims for transit damage or missing parts will not be entertained.

2. Replacement Conditions

We offer a 7-Day Replacement Policy from the date of delivery under the following strict conditions:

  • Testing Warranty Only: The part must be tested loosely (e.g., connecting a screen or charging board flex cable without removing protective films or applying glue).

  • No Physical Damage: The item must not have any physical damage, broken flex cables, torn components, or scratches.

  • Protective Layers Intact: All original protective plastic films, warranty stickers, and stamps must be completely intact and unaltered.

  • No Signs of Installation: If an item shows signs of being glued, soldered, screwed in, or permanently installed, the warranty is completely voided, and it cannot be replaced.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to improper installation or handling by the user/unauthorized technician.

  • Items returned without their original packaging or missing internal components.
